Kitten Cardigan Pattern

Knit an adorable kitten cardigan using this graph-style pattern. The original design was created in the 1960s and made with Mary Maxim Starlette yarn, which included 140 yards per 2 oz skein. With the wonderful selections of worsted weight yarns available today, including Mary Maxim Starlette you can make this in their favorite colors. Please note, yardages may have changed. Stitch technique is fair isle and colored pattern knitting. Materials List: MC Sz 2 (3 skeins), Sz 4-6 (4 skeins). All Sizes: CC1 Black (1 skein), CC2 Turquoise (30 yds), CC3 White (20 yds), 6 buttons. Requires knitting needles sizes 5 (3.75 mm) and 8 (5 mm). Fits children's sizes 2-4-6. Fringed jacket pattern PDL8077 sold separately. 

Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, slip stitch, stockinette stitch, cast on, cast off.
